Sent my loan officer our 2024 end of year projections today, if yield is APH and assuming some final marketing at realistic prices. He was happy to have the information early. Friendly reminder it might be good for you to do the same if you borrow money! Looks like 2024 might be a cash flow wash but with a fair amount of built equity which is the plan in our operation. Numbers pictured include paying ourselves, and equipment at accurate rates to include replacement cost in a tough environment. I was heavily marketed early and should have done even more. We could possibly see a payout on margin protection this year as well, which would be nice considering the cost incurred for it the last two years (we all make choices).
