@JaniceWyattRoss We have a great approach to observations in NSW Aust. Collaborative, teacher-led, focused on the teaching NOT the teacher, flattens power hierarchies, removes subjectivity, improves practice, morale and student outcomes. Rigorously tested with large scale RCTs.

It simplifies modelled, guided and independent teaching without recognising the importance of intellectual rigour and how to achieve it.
