@CTSI_UK you should look at @Hermesparcels recent tweets & replies thread! Looks like their drivers are using this crisis to take advantage and steal peoples parcels. There is SO MANY complaints and NO WAY to contact this company directly! How do I report them officially??

@William_James0 @Hermesparcels It was an item from USA that isn’t available in the UK, it was bought through eBay global shipping programme, I had no idea they used this awful company or I wouldn’t have bought! Looking through everyones tweets, seems the drivers of this company are taking everything now. Sad.

@William_James0 @Hermesparcels This is exactly why I haven’t used them in over 4 years. I cringe whenever I buy something online and the seller marks it as dispatched with Hermes! They are always quick to defend their drivers but when you ask for some info that would prove they’re lying... radio silence. 🤔

Can you find out the location of my driver today when my parcel was apparently attempted to be delivered? Id like to match the time to my CCTV to prove that there was no attempted delivery. We’re self isolating in the property, all day!

@Hermesparcels “attempted delivery” to a property that has 2 people isolating in it and CCTV covering the front door/street with no sign of a courier all day 🤔 this is exactly why I haven’t used your company in over 3 years! My CCTV doesn’t lie, your couriers do. Contact me.
