@virginmedia All sorted now I was looking to reduce the package... waited for 30 minutes on the chat but never got a response so I rang and got through. Should be pretty simple to make these changes online if you are no longer in a 12 month contract. Would save a lot of frustration.

Customer service is awfull , just filtered through your bot on live chat and clicked complaints/ leaving ... only to get through to someone who then transferred me to somebody else... what's the point filtering to the correct department to then get transferred ???

@virginmedia why can't I downgrade my package online? I'm not in a contract but there is only upgrade option available. Can't get through by phone , text service a waste of time and got me nowhere. I refuse to pay current price. Upgrade online 👍🏼 downgrade online 👎🏽👎🏽
