@TELUSsupport Your support hung up on me after 3 hours of sending me from person to person. I have cancelled my service and my billing issue is not resolved! I am actively finding Telus customers and encouraging them to leave until this is resolved. So far I got 6 people to leave Telus today!

@TELUSsupport Customer for 10 years, had a billing issue, no help, 3 hours on the phone. Decide to leave Telus and also now convinced 6 other friends and family to leave Telus as well! Treat your customers better. Fix my bill now or lose more customers the more angry I get!
