@FootballManager Shocking management. (No pun intended) how can you go from a few week delay to a 5 month delay in the space of a few weeks.
The original delay showed there was problem, but you clearly misjudged the scale.

@castawayinlondo @MissHellieRoo The fact they are trying to lock you in on a fixed rate feels suspicious after not offering fixed price for so long because they know the prices were going to sky rocket. Maybe they know it’s coming down but lock you in at a net higher price.

Did see on another post that they were able to control through their app fine. And not though Alexa. I can’t even log into my app. But it’s so long ago since I actually logged into them

@Barclaycard what service. 45 mins to get through to someone who then said they couldn’t get into my account and then was going to pass me to a colleague. Then waiting 1 hour on hold before being disconnected!!! Then this morning waited 45 mins to then be disconnected again!!!
