@virginmedia No. None at all. As soon as “Daniel” (with a Nigerian accent) started talking about a refund I boggled him with incessant asking about payments and bills from six years ago. He was confused and said he’d email me. He obviously hasn’t!

@virginmedia. I am horrified to find out my brother is paying £78 a month for a TV package. No wifi or any add ons. Is this correct? If so, this price is outrageous. Please help as he is elderly and only on a pension.

@virginmedia They took my email address & said they would email me. Obviously they haven’t. I gave them no information other than the Virgin account number. No password, no bank details. They asked me to download something called LemFi, they were to refund me without knowing how much!

@Asda Have just been served at a till by a lady who looked and sounded ill, and admitted she had bronchitis and a cold but “had to be in work”. She touched all my shopping AND phone as she said her scanner wasn’t working. With so much illness about, this totally irresponsible.

Why is a totally empty M6 say 50mph on the matrix? Over 20 miles now up to the M62 - 50 all the way when there are no roadworks etc. 12.30am.
