@united explain how I was bumped from my first class seat purchased 6 weeks prior to economy. This unacceptable and will be spreading the word. Compensation is expected. #banunited
@SouthwestAir Im sorry but that is such a generic reply. Employees should be honest about time rather than false statements. Offering a food voucher would have been nice. SW customer service needs help. Terrible to say the least.
@SouthwestAir Our flight was delayed due to a mechanical issue, yet Southwest assured us we would still make our connection. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We were stranded overnight at Chicago Midway with no hotel accommodations or meal vouchers offered. Terrible airline.

Your Providence RI location needs some serious help. Was told 25 minutes for a table turned into 90. Kids played games while waiting so that helped. Finally seated for dinner. Waited 48 minutes and never saw a waitress. We left finally and will never return. #🤬
