An overcrowded Emergency Department is a overcrowded hospital that chooses to put all the risk on a team who is already sinking. How many good ED nurses / Doctors and allied professionals are we to loose before it changes and risk is shared.

@MallinsonT Use QR codes for patients to scan them and download their own leaflet most people have smart phones now and don’t want a piece of paper, you could have a file with a few spare for anyone who doesn’t use smart phones that’s what we do at JCUH in Middlesbrough now
