@cb614shop @buggles_id Hello, how much is the isf?

[Eiy Valdez @leeayedez]

5/5 Just wanted to share our honest feedback. We're really disappointed, especially considering the cost. Hope this helps improve consistency moving forward. #pickipcoffeeph

[Eiy Valdez @leeayedez]

Dear @PICKUPCOFFEEPH , 1/5

We recently placed an order at your Makati Bridgeway branch earlier today around 8:00 AM—4 Brown Sugar Lattes and 1 Spanish Latte, all iced. Unfortunately, we only got to drink them just now, and we're quite disappointed with the quality.

[Eiy Valdez @leeayedez]

4/5 This isn’t the same experience we had last Tuesday, which was actually great and the reason we reordered today. Sadly, this time was a letdown. We didn’t go back to the store to raise it directly since we were already back in the office by then.

[Eiy Valdez @leeayedez]

3/5 We also noticed while our order was being prepared that the barista (wearing black) was very generous with the ice. He was visibly making room in the cup just to add even more ice. We feel this might have affected the overall taste and quality of the drinks.

[Eiy Valdez @leeayedez]

2/5 The drinks were already watery by the time we drank them, which was expected since some time had passed. However, the bigger issue is that they lacked flavor entirely—almost as if they were missing the usual coffee or syrup altogether.

So as of this writing, no customer rep na sumasagot ng call ko. Ganito tayo #BancoDeOro for 3 consecutive days. And yes, up to this time walang resolution kasi nga walang sumasagot ng calls ko. Keep you waiting nyo mukha nio.
