今天，中國國台辦終於對我在台中遇襲一事作出了遲來的回應。

發言人一開口，便將這起暴力襲擊輕描淡寫地定調為「普通治安案件」，甚至一本正經地宣稱，嫌犯是「出於義憤」才動手。什麼叫「義憤」？我查了一下字典。據說是：看到不公不義、弱者受欺、社會正義遭到踐踏時，內心自然湧現的正氣。

但是，這起案件台中警方仍在調查偵辦中，犯案動機尚未經司法程序確認，北京的國台辦卻已經率先完成心理鑑定，搶先替嫌犯寫好犯案動機。這種「未卜先知」的能力，實在令人佩服。

然而，該嫌犯好像並不配合。被逮捕後，竟然表示：「打錯了人。」這就奇了怪了，如果真是出於「義憤」，理應早已認準了自己心中的「惡人」，怎麼會打錯？國台辦口中的「義憤」，到底是衝著誰去的？

一邊說「義憤」，一邊說「打錯人」，這場鬧劇，其實只有兩個可能。第一個可能，是國台辦早就跟這個暴力犯私下勾結、串通好了供詞、所以對他的內心動機了若指掌。第二個可能，是國台辦根本毫無事實根據，純粹瞎編亂造一個理由來卸責。

無論是哪一個，都暴露了北京當局的「黔驢技窮」。

一個自詡「歷史悠久、制度自信」的大國，在面對不同的聲音、思想與言論時，竟然已經淪落到毫無招架之力。因為在思想上辯不贏，在言論上講不過，最終只能靠一個有暴力犯罪前科的流氓揮舞拳頭。

更可悲的是，堂堂官方機構，竟然還要當流氓的化妝師，用「義憤」這種高尚的詞彙替暴力擦脂抹粉。這是徹頭徹尾的虛弱與無能。

面對揮舞拳頭的小流氓，或者是暴力塗脂抹粉的大流氓，台灣社會都不能退縮。因為，今天沉默一分，明天失去的，就是整個社會的言論自由。

今天，許多媒體都在討論昨天我在台中遇襲的事件。大家之所以高度關注，不只是因為我被打，而是很多人都感到了恐懼。尤其是嫌犯被查出具有犯罪前科，涉及幫派背景。這樣的人來到台灣，從事暴力犯罪，值得整個社會提高警覺。

我把這類人稱為「香港快閃打手」。他們擁有能夠自由出入台灣的香港身分證。執行快閃式暴力任務：短時間入境、鎖定目標、迅速犯案，然後立即離境。真正策劃、指使的人，卻始終躲在幕後，不必露面，也不用承擔風險。對幕後的人而言，只要花一筆錢，就可能對台灣社會造成巨大的寒蟬效應。

如果這種模式沒有被及時遏止，今天被攻擊的是時政評論人，明天就可能是政治人物、學者，甚至任何公開表達與中共不同意見的台灣人。當人們開始擔心「說一句話就可能挨打」，受傷的就不只是個人，而是整個台灣的言論自由。

因此，我希望政府正視兩個問題。

第一，不能只把這類案件當作一般傷害罪看待。這種暴力行為如果具有恫嚇公共言論、製造社會恐懼的效果，就應該依法徹底調查，讓施暴者付出足夠的代價。除了刑事責任之外，也應透過民事求償，提高犯罪成本，讓任何人都知道，「打一拳就走」絕不是一筆划算的交易。

第二，應重新檢討入境安全機制。絕大多數香港朋友熱愛自由、遵守法律，也是台灣珍貴的朋友，這一點毫無疑問。但如果是具有重大暴力犯罪紀錄，或屬於高風險的對象，相關單位就應建立更完善的風險評估制度，避免有人利用台灣開放自由的環境從事暴力犯罪。

民主社會最重要的，不只是可以自由說話，更是人民不必因為說話而活在恐懼之中。當暴力成為壓制言論的工具，每一個台灣人都可能成為受害者。

這次事件不會讓我退縮，反而讓我更加確信，我必須繼續站出來。我會繼續寫文章、演講、做節目，繼續為言論自由發聲。不僅僅是為了我自己，更是希望也能盡一份力量，守護大家「免於恐懼的自由」。

請大家一起關注這個問題，支持司法要依法究責，支持政府補強制度漏洞，不要讓「香港快閃打手」成為威脅台灣民主社會的新模式。
