@lexirexxy my go-to overnight oats are:
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp green yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk
+ any fruit u like (i usually do blueberries)
they r higher in cals but i eat them for brunch
guys i started working out cause i’m trying to grow my glutes again but i’m so scared cause like i don’t want to loose my thigh gap and idk what to do lol
