If you don’t want your kids to get hurt, then don’t take them shoplifting and then try to run over the cops when they stop you.

Elon has done more for America than every politician we have. He has created hundreds of thousands of jobs, radically advanced manufacturing, and inspired millions to enter STEM. Not to mention he gave the climate alarmists what they said they wanted; cheap solar and affordable battery powered cars.

There are lots of valid reasons for strikes like that against a cuffed detainee. He may have been resisting the orders from the officer. He may have been doing something that endangered himself while the officer was trying to cut that ziptie off.
When safety is involved, physical strikes can be used to encourage compliance
