@virginmedia if that is the case then why was I told by your customer service department that as my virgin media services were being disconnected on the 18th February that a cheque would be generated and sent out on the 8th March?
@virginmedia any chance you can eventually sent me the cheque you promised for the £87.55 for my overpayments made to you as my contract ended on the 18th Feb 2021... you’re quick to snatch money we owe! why can’t you payback what you owe as quick!!!
