Terrible response to the cyber incident by @marksandspencer just got an email essentially saying. " We lost your data so you should be careful in the future" unreal uncaring and not what I expected from @marksandspencer do better I won't be ordering anything online from you again

Told flight delayed 1 hour
5 mins later called for boarding
5 mins later moved onto jet bridge
5 mins after that told there is an hour delay and to get off the jet bridge
Waiting.. maybe we will be boarding again in a few mins? 🙃
