They change peopleβs lives.
Weβre proud to invest in local community organisations, and weβre grateful for everything they do to help make Leeds a fairer place.
Often itβs the ordinary, everyday stuff that makes a difference. Somewhere to go for a cup of tea and a chat. Having someone you can ask when you donβt know how to do something on your phone. Meeting a group of friends for arts and crafts every week.
Community organisations across Leeds are there for people like this every day. They provide safe spaces and a listening ear, and they meet people on their own terms. And because of that, they learn what support people need and how best to help them get it.
