Leeds officially has its first mural celebrating manager Daniel Farke! 🤩
The striking street art on the side of Yorkshire Dental Suite has been revamped and the current Whites manager has been added on!

The West Stand car park at Elland Road looking like a bomb site with the demolition of the ticket office and club reception. Elland Road 1991 as Leeds United began construction on the banqueting suite at the ground.
You can almost smell that training gear! Great memories for any kids who used to stand on that banking with their fingers through the wire fence watching the team training on Fullerton Park, then get the autographs even if you already had them all 10 times!

Celebrating another birthday with a sketch of some favorite moments, players, and vibes from the past #lufc season. Full credit to Farke, the players, and the fans, for making it a phenomenal season (and getting the chance to see two home wins didn’t hurt either!).
@Yorkshire_Tales That must be the earliest sighting of the LC/reversed smiley that the club inadvertently brought back on a lot of official merch a few years back?
Bit of a 70s collectors item…Leeds bag with an inverted smiley badge. Must be from Summer 76 as looks like that’s Norman between Harvey and Currie and I’m sure Hunter had gone by the end of 76? Other players Madeley and Frank Gray?

@SuperLeeds28@apopey Know what you mean but competition patches and sponsor logos have forced them to leave a gap. Those little Football League logos that appeared at the end of the 80s were the thin edge of the wedge.
@1970sfootball@leeds_snippets Some stats from that game. Yorath pushed into the front line by all accounts and scored the first against his future club...
1984, Brenda Reader won a competition in the Yorkshire Evening Post to design a new badge for Leeds United with the football in a Yorkshire Rose design.
All issues of LU’s Kick Off Magazine are now on our archive to view free of charge (as opposed to the extortionate £1.95 per issue back in the day!).
Our first modern day attempt at a glossy monthly magazine, it only ran for 7 issues.

New arrival: Paul Reaney #LUFC shirt. Umbro. This style was one of the two styles produced for the 1973 FA Cup Final (only Bremner choosing to wear this version) and was also worn in European games.
It’s April 1990 and our title run is looking a bit nervous, despite stuffing the Blades.
But the LU Newspaper (36) hopes we will have a fun day at the seaside (oh dear!), whilst Sutty has a magic sponge and the focus is on Chappy.
