@Elizabcullen @AerLingus Aer Lingus has lost its charm!! More lost its way, the staff on seem miserable, the magic of the national carrier is gone! I had my first Etihad experience last week, absolutely an amazing experience, economy, food was unbelievable for an airline. I travel c.50 times a year!

Over 40 flights with @AerLingus last year, no issues......6 so far this year, two to @MCO . @AerLingus very disappointed, horrendous crew on the way over, felt like a pay dispute.....60 mins in MCO and waiting to go to @DublinAirport . Standards are gone! @Ryanair
