I was pretty sick last two weeks so no hiit. Even go check if I got covid but negative. Serious chesty cough makes me hard to sleep. I even overdose the lozenges which I thought it helps sore throat but leads to high heartbeat rate to almost 100 while sleeping. Glad I'm fine now.
Off the record. In fact I saw on YouTube, one Korean guy longbug losing 10kg in 7 months by pulling up, I hope hiit could make it quicker. However, it takes time and patience.
Off the record still. Disappeared for few days due to busy working. I did some extra since the dumbbells stopped my e3 accidentally. But workout makes me feel great.
18days/21! Hiit is really helpful! I played volleyball every week so I could notice the difference after 2 weeks hiit! I got more energy and could focus more easily! Thanks @Mobvoi_Official for organizing this challenge!
