@JeanPierre61220@KopBlock107 It is not possible for the club to hold the ID and selfie during fan update, and they clearly state it is not held once ID is confirmed. This may change if face ID becomes a thing, but unlikely as it stands with GDPR rules.
@Adxm_J@Lfcsalesinfo I would log into your account and follow the url link for fan update. This will say if it needs to be done or not. Didn't have problems this season, but last season some of my friends didn't receive an email but when they went to fan update it required their information.

@chedders11@Lfcsalesinfo You have to keep checking back on the hall, as tickets can drop at anytime up to and including the day of the game. This group normally gives a heads up in drops too.
