Has anyone else had @SwitchBot touch pad pair with the lock but suddenly stop being able to send the unlock commands? The AI support didn’t work, it took days to get what I think was a human response, promptly sent a video of the problem, never heard back in over a week. 😭

@UnseenJapanSite How many of those restaurants are run on business visas? But I agree the new rules don’t make much sense. They could just put a per country cap on the number of new visas. Many ignorant commenters don’t realize that Japanese really enjoy eating international cuisine too.
