@SWOConservative @jeannie_mcn @skumWgmi Remove demand issues, adjust for inflation, and everything is about the same. Back then min wage was about 3$ per hour and 1lbs of hamburger costs about 1$. Milk was about 1$ per gallon, etc. Today, many start off at around 15$ per hr, and 1lbs costs about 5$, milk 5$.
