I am disabled and I got married at the Registrars Office at Khar Mumbai on 16/10/23. The office was on the 2nd floor WITHOUT a lift. They wouldn’t come downstairs for the signatures and I had to be carried up two flights of stairs to get married.

. @ZoomCarIndia An hour into my booking, my car isn't delivered. It does not look like it will be, for another hour. Zoomcar charges ₹300/hour in addition to the hourly fee. What is the policy when you guys deliver the car late? 1/3

a shorter booking. When I return it delayed & you charge me a penalty, possibly because another customer is impacted, what is the penalty that @ZoomCarIndia pays their customers when they are running late? Just the hourly rate they don't charge for me not having had the car? 3/3

Your support folks have no idea about your own policies, pricing, or other details. I spent 20 minutes on the phone to no avail. They told me that they can extend my trip or charge me for fewer hours for the reduced booking duration. Which would be the same if I had done.. 2/3
