Car désormais, l’IA nous permet de diagnostiquer sans comprendre, de traduire un texte sans maîtriser la langue, de publier un livre sans en avoir écrit une ligne, ou de créer une œuvre sans l’avoir conçue. L’ignorance elle-même est en train de changer de nature. Elle n’est plus seulement une absence de connaissance, elle devient une incapacité à estimer ce que l’on ne sait plus faire.
Le danger ultime est qu’après avoir confié aux IA nos tâches cognitives, nous leur abandonnions aussi ce désir d’apprendre qui a fait de nous des êtres pensants.

Alone on a frozen Wyoming homestead after their father died of fever. 1883. Nearest neighbor twenty miles away. Relatives two thousand miles East.

A blizzard buried the door. They dug out with a skillet and bleeding hands.

The worst moment: Emma fell through the ice. Sarah pulled her out, stripped the frozen clothes, wrapped her in every blanket, and held her for hours until color returned.

She whispered into the dark: “You don’t get her. You don’t get either of us.”

Spring came. A minister found two girls planting a garden.
“Where are your people?”

Sarah looked up, dirt on her hands. “We are our people.”

Years later Sarah found a note Emma had hidden in their father’s Bible that winter:

“If I fall, you keep going.

If you fall, I carry you.

That’s the promise.

That’s how we win.”

They were not just sisters. They had become each other’s home.

Strength is not something you are born with.

It is sharing the last piece of bread.

It is staying awake so someone you love can sleep.

It is making a promise in the dark and keeping it when morning comes. ❤️

I’m at the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The museum was originally a school in the middle of the city that was converted into a notorious torture prison by the communist Khmer Rouge in 1976.

The Khmer Rouge pursued a radical communist revolution in which private property and money were abolished. Families were forcibly broken up, and millions of people were forced into hard labor and work collectives.

Those labeled enemies of the revolution were imprisoned and killed. Their family members were not spared. Spouses and children were also killed to prevent surviving relatives from seeking revenge.

Some 18,000 people passed through this one prison, where prisoners were brutally tortured to make forced “confessions.” Those who didn’t die at the prison were taken to the countryside to be executed. Rather than use limited ammunition, communist executioners frequently killed people with farming tools and other blunt instruments by bashing them on the head and face. Young children were simply beaten on a tree to death.

I saw many, many skulls of victims that had been cracked and smashed in.

This is video of some of the original jail cells at the prison. (There were other similar prisons all over the country.) The exterior corridors of this building still have the original barbed wire installed by the Khmer Rouge from top to bottom. It was used to prevent prisoners from escaping or attempting s—icide.

These historical evils of the violent left have been scrubbed from history in western countries.

Brigitte Stegemann was suffering from cancer and opposed Assisted Suicide/Euthanasia due to her Christian beliefs

When her family were away for a number of days, doctors talked privately with her and said that she expressed desire to be killed with their help. In later assessments, the partially blind and deaf Stegemann showed confusion and was shocked when told that she agreed to be put down.

She died with her hands clasped in prayer and covered in her own blood after a botched IV attempt

So-called "feminist research" is an oxymoron.

Research should pursue what is true, whether the evidence supports a cherished theory or demolishes it. Yet too much scholarship that's labelled “feminist research” begins with ideological commitments and then works backwards. The task isn't testing a narrative, rather keeping the narrative standing.

That's academic activism with citations.

Objective inquiry asks: What is happening? How do we know? What alternative explanations exist? What evidence would prove us wrong?

Ideological inquiry instead asks: How can these findings be interpreted through our preferred framework?

When patriarchy becomes the master explanation, power and oppression the default analytical lens, and subjective “lived experience” is elevated above inconvenient quantitative evidence, the intellectual playing field becomes a swamp.

Contradictory findings should challenge a theory; not automatically be reframed as further evidence of the theory.

Replication matters. Effect sizes matter. Base rates matter. Measurement matters. Competing hypotheses matter. And researchers must be prepared to discover that their assumptions are wrong.

There's nothing illegitimate about studying women, men, sex differences, discrimination, families, violence, work or power. These are important subjects deserving rigorous investigation.

But scholarship becomes something different when its purpose is explicitly transformative or political, and its underlying worldview is effectively insulated from falsification.

That's activism, ideological fantasy, advocacy, and personally preferred theory... Do it in your own time as a hobby, not funded by taxpayers.

Genuine science requires something much harder: a willingness to follow the evidence wherever it leads, especially when it undermines your own beliefs.

Universities should test narratives, not protect them.

Put truth first. Stop using taxpayers' money to fund ideology. Return to academic rigour and objectivity.

En Ontario, Canadá 🇨🇦, acaban de eutanasiar a una anciana, cristiana practicante, contra su voluntad. La escena misma es de terror: la mujer gritaba y se movía para que no le inyecten la aguja con el veneno intravenoso que la mataría, lo que ocasionó que la enfermera la termine ensangrentando con la aguja. Sí, es muy gráfico, pero es importante compartirlo para entender la realidad macabra de la eutanasia.
La chica de la foto es su nieta y representante legal, quien hizo lo posible para frenar esta locura. El procedimiento de la eutanasia lo comenzaron mientras la nieta estaba de viaje y sin su conocimiento y consentimiento. La anciana fue sometida a una seria de preguntas que no entendía, ni siquiera sabía qué tipo de procedimiento iban a aplicarle...
El 5% de las muertes totales en Canadá son por eutanasia, el nivel más alto del mundo.
