We'll be cheering extra loud as three Queen's students join the best athletes in the world at the Summer #Olympics2024 🏅

That's the highest number of competitors Queen's has produced in the history of the #Olympics proving that we're already off to a record-breaking start!

Erin Creighton is part of #TeamIreland women's Track Cycling, Nathan Timoney is on the Rowing Ireland team, and Rachel McCann will compete on the Irish 400 Metre Relay team.

A further six Queen's graduates are also competing at #Paris2024 ; Phil Doyle, Rebecca Edwards and Ross Corrigan in Rowing, and Sean Murray, Michael Robson and Johnny McKee in Hockey.

Aidan O’Rourke, @qubperfsport Manager said: "Balancing a competitive sporting career with academic studies is no mean feat and requires the utmost dedication, motivation and perseverance."
