@NatWest_Help shocking experience today in your Lymington branch using my business account card I paid cash into my account that you charge me ridiculous amounts for to discover after banking hours when charges would be applied that the teller who should be experienced in dealing
the only good think about your bank is the lovely Indian lady teller at NatWest in Shirley Southampton who without, you would not actually have my accounts at all and with her permission I will be getting her name to share so that others don't think you are all useless
@NatWestBusiness I am unsure how much more time at my inconvenience and upset caused due to your incompetence I am prepared to give I am disgusted that I was assured someone from customer complaints would call me back normal service from NatWest bank nothing changes
And even more disgusted now that someone is responding after being assured that someone from customer complaints would call me back as surprise surprise funnily enough they were busy earlier I wonder why
With said situ managed to put my cash into the incorrect account causing me to have to spend almost an hour trying tosort this mistake and losing me a £300 + job well done natwest bank
