@Igor84765290@Delta The question is: who got my seats? They sound important if the airline broke their own rules. Two supervisors were unable to explain how or who did this - perhaps selling me out for a last minute, high price to ticket? Seems likely. @Delta
@Delta I paid months ago for Delta One on Delta 146. My flight is still operating, but my seats were given away and I was rerouted? I expect an explanation—and my original seats back.
@garymknight@Delta I asked to be changed back, they said only one biz seat on flight (I’m with my son), I asked about second leg… they said all biz seats were booked. No notes, no explanation, two supervisors unable to explain.
@Delta @DeltaAssist I booked Delta 146 in Delta One months ago. That flight is STILL on schedule, but less than 30 hrs before departure I was booted, rerouted, and my biz class seats given away—no explanation, just a random “receipt.” What’s going on? @USDOT
@garymknight@Delta I specifically paid for Delta One.@Delta litterally took my biz class seats and gave them to someone else on bothe legs of my trip - I called immediately and they said both flights were still running and no biz seats available - this is unacceptable. Bait and switch.
Some free advice - don’t trade on the last two days of the year… unless the 10 year is at 5%, or the SPX hits 5700 or 6200. It’s time to complete your post-mortem for the year.
