Several times today I looked up and my desk was completely surrounded by students with the rest buzzing happily in the background... I realized students don't "sit down & shut up" in my room. They're comfortable. They're loud. It's chaotic.
It's perfect. Give me all the chaos ❤️
Before we left school in March, I had students holding me accountable to drinking enough water during the day. Today, 5 months later, as I saw them in new classes, each of them asked me how many water bottles I had finished so far today. They don’t skip a beat. 😂💕
Tyler and I working from home together is basically just a continuous cycle of us proofreading every email the other person writes before they send them. Teamwork. 🤜🏻🤛🏻
So proud of our class of 2020 Graduates. I know this isn’t ending the way we would all want it to be but we couldn’t be more proud of you. Stay strong. We love you all. #MaroonPride #2020 #Graduates
My heart breaks for FFA officers at all levels who will not be able to host their banquets, conventions, and other celebrations this spring. We see you, officers, and we thank you for your leadership. 💙💛
If we have to go through a crisis like this I’m glad I’m working at Clinton CUSD 15. These people have become my heroes. Admin team has worked 7 days a week. Tremendous team work today distributing food, getting lessons out. Couldn’t be more proud. #MaroonPride#ilschoolsstepup
Being a millennial and a high school teacher is hearing the lyrics “equity” and “asset” used in the new Justin Bieber song and immediately making plans for how I’ll implement the song into my Ag Business class. #TeachAg
Yes, I’m embarrassed. 🤦🏼♀️😂
I don’t know which of my ag teacher friends need to hear this right now, but you’re allowed to be an agricultural educator “by choice and not by chance” and still be completely overwhelmed and burnt out by your job sometimes. Take care of yourself. #TeachAg
To the ag teachers who are still planning and executing innovative, hands-on lessons in their classes throughout Degree and Proficiency season: I salute you. #TeachAg#ProjectsPlease
