@HPwhufc I read that if you take the pitch lower you can keep the depth and angle of the seats as they are now. The foundation structure would but the upper seats and roof having a limited shelf life I think it all needs redoing at some point anyway.

By issuing new shares to current owners the cash paid for these are allowable secure funding. Allows us to cover the loss

But if you do a share rights payment, basically create more shares (not buy existing) and pay money directly in for this purpose then it does create the money needed.

The only issues are psr and then the subsequent new ones.

if 90m put in by Rights shares, pure profit and deletes that amount of debt. Meaning we don't have to sell as many players.
