@British_Airways just stepped off the Glasgow London city flight. If you’re in groups 1-3, you get to put your luggage in overhead lockers. Groups 4-5 will have to squeeze it under the seat in front. This could have been avoided if ALL small suitcases are put in the hold. Why?
