A Tampa man who tricked a 13-year-old girl into buying him food, then kidnapped and r*ped her, has been sentenced after pleading guilty.

Bryan Oyanguren Rosado, 25, approached a group of juveniles at the Doral Oaks Apartments in Temple Terrace on March 2, 2026.

He offered money for someone to buy him food from Burger King. Only the 13-year-old girl agreed.

When she returned with the food, he forced her into his Nissan Altima, drove her to another location, and s*xually ass@ulted her for roughly two hours before dropping her back near the complex.

Temple Terrace police arrested him two days later. He was charged with kidnapping and three counts of s*xual battery. He later pleaded guilty and has now been sentenced.
