Website doesn’t load the refund page, just keeps saying try later.
Email I get automated msgs which is of no help and none of the customer service numbers actually get through.

Can someone from customer service in India help me out? I have been emailing on an id where I was told my problem would be resolved but it's been 8 days and no one has responded.

No one on call is helpful either and keeps telling me to keep on emailing.

My 10:50pm flight first got delayed to 12:30am and now again to 1:10am.

Do we not have commitments we need to keep? And should I reach my destination at 3am for your failures?

How can your customer service execs we busy for 4 hours straight. If my problem could have been solved through your website I would have done that no. Clearly people only call when human intervention is needed.

Answer - 3.5 hours if you're at Tilak Nagar PS!
We left the PS at 8:30am. 1st we were asked not to file a FIR, then to change our statement. They wanted us to get tired and leave!

What I asked and what you answered isn't the same thing.

You are telling me I should pay on time while I am asking why even though I pay 5k a month the overall credit amount only comes down by RS. 600

Are you understanding what is being asked???

@HDFCBank_Cares Considering I haven't charged anything on the card for the last 1 and a half years I don't understand your argument at all. Every month payment is made without fail and NO NEW CHARGES are swiped on this card. So no the reasoning given by you doesn't make any sense.

Is everything I pay Interest or what?
How is that much discrepancy be possible???
