Never fails. @AmericanAir again a problem. Literally 100% of my AA flights have issues. It's laughable. How can they get worse? Dirty planes, broken equipment on every flight. @AmericanAir strive to meet Spirit at least.

We sit on the plane for 2 hours only to have it cancelled. Every flight there's an issue. Without fail. It's predictable by now. After years of deterioration it's amazing AA is still in biz.

@AmericanAir you continually offer a terrible experience. Old, dirty planes w/ broken equipment. Wifi has never worked for years. Shrunken seats. It is always a negative experience. Yes, always.
