this is so relatable. I have had family say you are ok doing that but you cant do this ..... Or when talking about something about fibro on socials etc and managing to have an articulate conversation and then knocked down "are you sure you have fibro....."

We do not challenge people with cancer to prove they are ill. Its an additional challenge for people with invisible illness to have to justify themselves to others. We need support and not judgement.
