Here's a wild idea.
Before you rebuild your marketing strategy around something you heard in a Facebook group...
...ask whether anyone has actually proved it works.
Revolutionary, I know. ๐
This week's rabbit hole:
Businesses checking into their own Facebook pages.
Yep.
Apparently that's a thing now.

Everyone keeps asking AI to make them sound better. Then they're surprised when everyone sounds the fucking same. I wrote about this a while back because I could already see it coming. ๐๐

@Schwarzenegger Absolutely LOVE this! In addition to a PT I went to the gym myself and focused on the 'basics'. I compared the workouts and YES, the trainer had me do something new every time - no focus. So, I knew this BUT LOVE actually seeing you SAY it!
The past few weeks have been extraordinary. One client has been interviewed on the news multiple times as a recognized authority in their field. A nonprofit client received a transformational donation. Another client was voted Best Of in their community.
Those moments belong to them.
As they should.
But they didn't happen in a vacuum.
They were built through months - and in some cases years - of strategy, positioning, refinement, difficult conversations, and hundreds of decisions that nobody celebrates while they're happening.
That's the part of marketing almost nobody sees.
None of these wins were viral.
None happened overnight.
None were luck.
They were earned.

Until one day...
Everyone else noticed.
That's the difference between chasing attention and building authority.
...A client becomes the person reporters call.
...A nonprofit earns the trust that inspires someone to give.
...A business earns recognition because people finally see what has always been there.
๐ป๐๐๐'๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐.
We spend most of our time in the background, helping other people become the story.
And honestly...
We wouldn't have it any other way.
But after the last few weeks, I'm allowing ๐ป๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐๐๐, and myself, one moment to say this:
๐ฐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐'๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐.
Not because our name is attached to it.
But because our clients' names are.
๐ป๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐.
For trusting the process.
For trusting us.
For trusting us enough to stay the course when the work wasn't glamorous.
๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐.
Watching so many of you experience incredible moments over the last few weeks has been one of the proudest experiences of my career.
๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.

It's Monday. You're not looking for more marketing noise. You're looking for someone who understands the business behind the brand.
We get it.
Bring us the vision. We'll help bring it to life.
Somewhere along the way, businesses started treating social media like a cheaper version of outdoor advertising.
If you're going to use social media for business purposes, use it as a tool to educate, answer questions and foster community. THAT'S how your business stands out.
