🚨BREAKING: A new video out of Minneapolis shows the truth ICE doesn’t want you to see… compliance does not protect you.

In this video, ICE agents pull up to a vehicle and immediately demand the driver’s ID.

The man calmly asks the most basic, legally protected question: “Why am I being pulled over?”

They never answer… because they don’t have a legal reason to stop him.

Even so, the man begins to retrieve his ID anyway.

An agent then orders him to turn off the vehicle. The driver says, “No problem, sir, I’ll get out.”

The agent refuses, then immediately changes commands again: “I need to see your ID.”

Suddenly, an agent on the passenger side pounds on the window. Then he strikes it with a hard object, clearly threatening to break it.

At the same time, the driver-side agent again demands the ID.

This is not confusion. This is intentional command overload… a tactic used to manufacture “noncompliance” so force can be justified.

ICE’s own training materials explicitly state:

“Noncompliance or refusal to cooperate with officer commands, without fighting back, does NOT violate 18 U.S.C. § 111.”

In plain English: not immediately obeying commands is NOT a crime.

And here’s the key legal issue:

Unless agents have:
• a valid arrest warrant, or
• probable cause that a specific crime has been committed

they cannot:
• use force
• break windows
• issue violent threats
• detain or arrest someone

Probable cause means specific, articulable facts that would make a reasonable officer believe a crime occurred… not vibes, not attitude, not silence, not filming, not asking questions.

Back in the video, the passenger-side agent escalates further, shouting:
“First time I ask you to roll your window down, you do it.”

The driver responds:
“Are you in danger, sir? Are you escalating this?”

The agent replies:
“I don’t know. Hands up.”

Despite the driver repeatedly attempting to comply and hand over ID, agents continue shouting conflicting commands.

At one point, the agent orders the driver to “talk to the original agent”… which is exactly what the driver was doing before the window-smashing threat.

Then the man asks, “Are you feeling unsafe or uneasy?”

The agent responds, “I don’t know, man.” while standing on the passenger side of the car, smirking.

The driver finally says what anyone would say surrounded by armed men:
“How many guns do I have around me? I need you to calm down. I’m asking him to stop banging on my car. Is that too much?”

He even offers… again… to step out of the vehicle.

This is not law enforcement. This is intimidation fishing for an excuse.

No probable cause.
No warrant.
No lawful basis for force.

And yet, the escalation came entirely from the agents.

This video proves something chilling: you can comply, stay calm, ask lawful questions… and still be threatened with violence.

So, the question isn’t “Why didn’t he just comply?”

The question is how many people have already been assaulted under this exact playbook… and how many more will be, before this stops?

Americans have the sticker shock of healthcare as it is. Why aren't we incorporating the cost of funeral expenses of those who die because they can't afford access to healthcare? That is part of the cost of our system. Or the cost of reduced productivity because of people who need to go on disability or are not able to participate in our economy because they don't have access to the healthcare that they need?
At the end of the day, we see that this is not a pipe dream. Every other developed nation in the world has this. Why can't America? And that is the question we need to ask.
We write blank checks for war. We just wrote a $2 trillion check for the GOP tax cut. And nobody asks how are we going to pay for it.
So my question is why are our pockets only empty when it comes to education and healthcare for our kids? Why are our pockets only empty when we talk about 100% renewable energy that is going to save this planet and allow our children to thrive?
We only have empty pockets when it comes to the morally right things to do. But when it comes to tax cuts for billionaires or unlimited war, we seem to be able to invent that money very easily. To me it belies a lack of moral priorities that people have right now, especially the Republican Party.”

The syndicated right-wing disinformation troll machine’s latest lie is that Georgia “admitted” to counting 315,000 votes “illegally.”

REALITY?
Fulton County did not “admit” to counting illegal votes. It acknowledged that more than 130 tabulator tapes from early in-person voting in 2020 were unsigned, a paperwork error that violated internal procedures, not Georgia law. State and county officials were explicit: the missing signatures had nothing to do with fraudulent ballots, altered totals, or missing votes.

Claims about “315,000 illegal votes” deliberately misrepresent what tabulator tapes are. These tapes are secondary records, not the official vote count. Georgia’s election results are verified through multiple independent systems, including encrypted memory cards, centralized tabulation, audits, and recounts. A full statewide hand recount and subsequent machine recounts both confirmed President Biden’s 11,779-vote victory.

Georgia law requires counties to certify election results even when procedural mistakes occur, and courts upheld that rule. The matter was referred to the Attorney General only for possible administrative review, not to invalidate ballots or overturn the election.

The narrative that Georgia admitted to counting illegal votes is false, legally baseless, and contradicted by the evidence and the courts.

🚨 This is horrifying…

In the Chicago suburbs, ICE/Border Patrol illegally stopped and boxed in a woman at night, masked and armed, surrounding her car with no reason at all.

She asked calmly, “Why am I being detained?” The agent refused to answer and instead demanded her ID, insisting, “You need a license to operate a vehicle… do you have ID?”

She offered to hand over her ID once they explained why she was being stopped. They refused. She even suggested they run her license plates… they’re under her name… to verify who she is. Still, they ignored her and continued pressuring her.

Then one agent said, “She’s a time waster. Get the fuck… get rid of her.”

Imagine being a young woman, alone in your car, surrounded by masked men, hearing that.

The fear, intimidation, and abuse of power were real… and completely unjustified.

This was not policing. It was harassment, racial profiling, and blatant abuse of authority. No probable cause. No legal justification. Just a terrifying show of force.

Film ICE whenever you see them. Protect yourself.

Well, Trump is pulling National Guard troops out of Chicago and Portland, after accomplishing basically nothing other than revealing their incompetence and cruelty.

Of the 607 people detained in Chicago, just 17 had a criminal record.

The National Guard troops did, however, manage to disrupt a Girl Scouts hunger drive, teargas onlookers and police officers, and brutalize clergy. What a catastrophe!

Remember when that Border Patrol agent pulled a gun on unarmed civilians… twice… in Evanston, IL, just outside Chicago?

Well, now we have the footage… and we finally know what “provoked” him.

You can clearly hear a woman say, “She is a citizen of the United States!”

Another agent warns him that people are filming behind him. The agent turns, looks directly at the camera, and says, “Get back or I’ll shoot you.”

The man filming, in shock, replies, “You’re going to what?!”

And that’s when the agent actually pulls out his gun and points it straight at an unarmed man who’s just holding a phone.

All because they were… filming.

So, when Border Patrol claims this was “by the book,” just remember: their book apparently says you can point a gun at an unarmed citizen for daring to exercise their first amendment right to film you.
