@Pawnlzx @keilaaman The pool of water you see is caused by rainwater/drainage system/partial sewage and if it remains stagnant will start to form algae which then attracts mosquitos which then attracts bigger predators. This guy drains it every so often to prevent that. It’s positive and helps.
