@lucia_revi61297 Iβd like to input, heβs counting the rice wrong. Rice calories are counted in cooked rice, not uncooked rice. So yes a cup of uncooked rice is 600 cals, but a cup of cooked rice is about 250. He clearly only poured about 1/3 c on the left. Heβs just fear-mongering.
@anazombv It says it on the label. A βcrackerβ is one of the rectangles that takes up 1/4 of a sheet (a full, solid rectangle cut into quarters you pull out of the bag). So eight of those would be 520, since one sheet is worth 65 cals (130/2).
@k88429747 Right? Once you get down volume eating you can EASILY get away with capping at 1k cals without ever being hungry. ItοΏ½οΏ½οΏ½s just about being able to make yourself full.
