Outdoor unit has stopped working AGAIN. This AC has repeatedly failed despite multiple complaints, inspections and repairs. I have already gone through repeated leakage, cooling issues, outdoor-unit failures and unnecessary delays.

The Haier Aurangabad Service Centre deliberately sent an inexperienced technician to install my AC, despite my clearly stating at the time of purchase that the installation must be done by an experienced technician.

I demand that @IndiaHaier investigate the conduct of the Aurangabad Service Centre and provide a permanent solution, preferably replacement of the defective AC
