🚨 Shane Williams, the father of 16-year-old hero lifeguard Ryder Williams reveals what his son told him after he risked his life to save a 10-year-old boy from deadly water conditions.

“He told me when he got home, he said, ‘Dad, I wasn’t going to let go of that kid because I knew if I let go of him he was going to drown, and I wasn’t going to let that happen,’ and it brought a tear to my eye when he said that,” Ryder’s dad told the California Post.

I can only imagine the pride this father feels for his son.

🇱🇧🇮🇱 Courtney Bonneau, a Dutch photojournalist working legally in Lebanon, has posted that Israeli forces have shot at her with snipers eight times, dropped a grenade near her from a quadcopter, and chased her with a Merkava tank while she was reporting on an IDF base in Houla.

She says almost all the incidents were caught on video, she’s notified the Dutch embassy every time, and she’s asking how many more media workers have to die before there’s accountability, claiming nearly 30 journalists have been killed in Lebanon alone.

Journalists in active war zones keep finding themselves in the crosshairs and it's inacceptable.
