Today, the TLP & the state of Pakistan took another drastic step, arresting 27 Ahmadis offering Jumma prayers in a small room—no minarets, no dome—just prayers. The imam is now charged under 298-C.

This comes after the demolition of a historic Ahmadi place of worship in Daska, built before Pakistan’s creation by Sir Zafarullah Khan, a man who fought for Pakistan’s existence & served the Muslim world. Yet, the state & extremists are still not satisfied.

Which law forbids citizens from praying in their own worship places? CM Punjab must take immediate notice. All those arrested must be released & the horrendous FIR must be withdrawn.

Before Pakistan reaches a point of no return, the state and its people must wake up. Religious extremism is tearing this country apart. SavePakistan.
