FINANCIAL ADJUSTMENTS (No. 2) BILL, 2026

MEMORANDUM

When a Government Ministry or Department spends more than it was allocated, or spends on something it was not allocated for, the Constitution (section 307) requires the Minister of Finance to bring a Bill to the National Assembly asking for condonation of that unauthorised expenditure. This must be done within sixty days after the amount is established.

In line with this, we seek condonation for unauthorised expenditure incurred by the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development and Investment Promotion as follows:
1. US$25,305,741 for the year ended 2015.
2. US$1,490,890,087 for the year ended 2016.
3. US$4,562,064,124 for the year ended 2017.
4. US$3,560,343,130 for the year ended 2018.

They even sent me pics from Khan garage. I have the conversation, the car pics he sent and the car pics in Khan garage

I do my clearance on my own. That Jenami is lying, if he operates in Beit as per his bio he truly know that they are legit

The true story is scammers are taking advantage, heard that some scammers even advertise rent to buy options. The legit ones do cash only
