@amazonIN why amazon customer service is behaving like Flipkart customer support. Wrong information provided by the agent and when I told her that you are giving wrong info she disconnected the chat. No action is being taken on them. I have prime membership of Amazon. 😊😊

@flipkartsupport I have the call recording of the delivery guy as well from the hub manager of shadowfax they have said that we have sent shipment back to the seller/Flipkart. Undelivered status has been sent to the Flipkart. Flipkart is doing fraud with the customer and refunding the paid money.
