I have been trying to contact @RailOneIndia regarding my refund, but I cannot submit my complaint. When I describe the issue, it asks for a valid Transaction ID. When I enter only the Transaction ID, it says the description must be at least 50 characters.Please resolve this issue

Today in Bhopal State Coordinator of NSUI Akshay Tomar, District Gen. Secretary & hundreds of students handed over the knowledge to conduct the examination online. When the classes were kept online then the examinations should be taken online. #onlineexam #rgpv #rgpvexam #protest
