Benched last weekend.
Slandered during the week.
No Garrett Wilson.
Justin Fields put up 39 points for the Jets.
One of the gutsiest wins in NFL history.
Aaron Rodgers on the Steelers: 4-2
Aaron Rodgers on the Jets: 5-12
Justin Fields on the Steelers: 4-2
Justin Fields on the Jets: 0-6
I wonder what the problem is
This is great stuff from Coach… assess the WHOLE situation & call it like you see it, but you hang onto what you have seen the majority of the time, but don’t sugar coat the tough stuff! Everyone calling for a change from JF after that tough watch Sunday (don’t think they gave him great opps either)… and AG saying I’m not going to make a knee jerk reaction after 1 game but he’s got to be better than he was Sunday (like he has been all year)!
That to me is how you win a locker room & build a culture while also holding ppl accountable! Talking to him last week the most important thing was his focus on teaching & helping players improve NOT just be results (W/L record) driven all the time! Bc he believed if he focused on those things, not just looking at bad moments, but how he can HELP his guys get better… the results will come!
We all know why Fields is attacked
We all know why Fields hardly ever gets support
Keep faith in Christ throughout your trial
Being humbled only raises the authority of your crown
I'm officially done with this Jets team. Justin Fields got sacked 9 times today. O line sucks, recievers can't get open. Garrett Wilson drops crucial 4th down catches again. Fucking horrible ass team selling Justin Fields again.
Chicago Bears fans: Irony of vindication
When correct decisions are made, vindication comes from the harvest of that decision.
Chicago Bears drafted a new QB and thus, vindication should come from the benefits of that decision.
To ensure that this decision worked as it should, Ryan Poles gave Williams far more than Fields had. Traded for new OL, traded for Keenan Allen, brought in Swift, and drafted a top 10 WR in Rome Odunze.
It is a good thing to give your rookie QB everything he needs to succeed.
But everything Fields had endured as a Bear, he did not see the fruits of his harvest. It was given to Caleb.
The weight of early struggles that come with going to a terrible team, Caleb Williams never had to carry that.
He reaped the benefits, and took on none of struggles
So why are Bears fans still clamoring and trying to justify removing Justin Fields from his harvests?
Fields should be playing with Moore, Odunze, and all of the talent that we have acquired now.
Do you think he would be 0-5 with this Bears team? Surely you don’t…
Because Caleb Williams went 5-12 and loss 10 games straight under far better circumstances than Fields.
That’s the honest truth!
Fields is once again starting from the bottom. New team, new coach, new roster, and an organization that has been in the dumps for years.
He faces the pressure of being replaced again next year.
Because he was displaced from
the team that drafted him, he will be utilized as a bridge Qb and be expendable
The humbling process that Mayfield and Darnold went through… He is going through it right now.
And because he is not skipping steps in his development, he will become a better man and QB for it.
I’m not worried bout Fields, he has Christ.
But Shame you for criticizing this man. The “garbage time” stats is something Caleb has made a living off of, but here yall are pointing fingers.
Let’s worry about getting through Jayden Daniels and our division rivals. We all know what happened last year..
Bears fans may need to be humbled again I’m afraid..
Prophecy…
Watching Mac Jones execute 49ers offense just confirms that 49ers blew the 2021 draft.
So the last pick in the draft QB and Mac Jones look like Brady behind that OL and in that scheme?
If 49ers would’ve drafted the correct dual threat QB, it would’ve been history!!
If they had drafted Justin Fields they would have won 2 super bowls by now.
Shanahan can coach, but terrible scout
