@benjithebrewer I like my discard to speed up getting a win condition into play. Typically that means reanimation or dredge.

Also a fan of Currency Converter/Containment Construct to help turn discard into another resource or let me still play a key spell.

I fully recognize this is the first time a UB card with such a high value has been reprinted this way. So, there could be a pretty strong price memory aspect here as well.

Previous Universes Beyond reprints have debuted at pretty reasonable prices. Can someone explain why this is NOT the case with Greymond? Did they change the distribution rate or is it something else?

Sad to hear about the death of Sheldon. His impact on the way I've played magic for 15+ years is immeasurable. I learned about EDH from his articles so long ago and it quickly became my favorite format. I hope his family finds comfort in knowing how many lives he touched.
