2. Any person who lives in Israel is a legitimate target it doesn’t matter what nationality he is, if he is killed they don’t care

3.Any person, any event, any gathering, anytime inside Israel is a legitimate target for attacks

4. Any place inside Israel is a legitimate target; they fire rockets randomly at places the don’t care who is going to be hit
