Web Developer by trade, photographer by obsession, and daddy by...well, if you don't know how that works I ain't explaning.

@longshotauthor just finished the Codex Alera for the umpteenth time- as much as I love this story, and as much as I am grateful for you to writing it, I am far more in your debt for it being the story that my son grew up with. Thank you. It’s his Narnia and LOTR.

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@simplebits Parkly is my perfect Scout award font- carves and lasers really well, too!

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@amanda_raney I’ve not been on Twitter forever, but you never need to apologize for your grief or sorrow.

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@mr_aljabry I used to at camp, my Scouts game at camps and campouts now:)

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@BustertheLegend @filmdevelop SB-24 would be ideal. Any thing later from Nikon likely good as well.

@daringfireball Human space exploration pays real dividends, on more than just financial levels. Probes, robots, etc are vital, but talk to a shuttle or Apollo astronaut and you’ll hear why human eyes need to get off this rock to tell what they see.

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@SaraSoueidan @aneventapart @zeldman @meyerweb Well, poop. I get it, and very grateful for the opportunities I had to attend.

But I’m deeply going to miss the snacks, no lie.

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@sweetpea_chris That seems to be a a self solving problem, but wow they’re trying for a Darwin Award…

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@johnedwinmason @strobist Finally a useful measurement:)

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@FujifilmX_US My X70 needs a buddy! Give us a new little guy to hug!

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@matociquala That is significantly larger than the wee one I use to scavenge award plaques from of scout camp cedars:) are you keeping the wood for house projects? Something beautiful about having pieces around the home made with wood harvested there.

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@neiltyson @elonmusk That’s just it. We have to pay attention to those inventing that future, we have to live in it. Power without accountability is a terrifying thing.

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@seananmcguire I’m so sorry she had to leave. And I’m grateful for her because we need you in this world. We need your voice, your worlds, words and wit. Being able to cry with a book has made all the difference in figuring out how to move forward some days. Thank you for listening to Alice.

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@TheJoePassmore @scalzi The space is deconsecrated before being put up for sale- it’s just property then. Speaking from a congregation that sold their sanctuary, appreciate the thoughtfulness in the resto- regardless of beliefs, places that folks loved and put work into deserve care and respect.

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@strobist There is some really nearly irony here, as ther are people that does this for a few as well……

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@seananmcguire That bottle contains eldritch horror.

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@Fujirumors Yup on the long prime. I flipped back to Nikon as there were so many, and less expensive, options- with a Z6 being cheaper than anXT-4 at the time, made the most sense. Hard to justify paying more than full frame mounts in the same length crop lenses…

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@amanda_raney Random test- have you seen if the focus is better w/o the filter?

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@amanda_raney Groovy! Fomopan had a few films with a blue base, meybe that’s it, but it’s a pretty color either way:)

[leicalemur @leicalemur]

@dcorsetto It’s a shockingly big change- you may want to get a proper pad to stand in, like a real, overpriced wordy work one- they make a huge difference
