Their engineers have no idea of Curry’s process, when trying to phone I have to go through 3/4 different departments and numbers. It’s horrendous. No washing machine for a family of 5 for 2 weeks now and no sign of a resolution…

@PeterAntiques @currys 2 weeks without a washing machine, have spoke to about 5 departments who just pass me on to the next. Horrendous services. Engineers cancelled or change date 3 times now. 3 kids and no washing machine. Horrendous product and service.

I have dealt with many 'customer services' departments over the years, but I believe I have finally found the most terrible. CURRYS ! It has been over a month now since I reported a faulty fridge and it is still not sorted. Automated systems are NOT customer friendly. @currys

@Lewis_Brackpool Working in a polling station and we have both pencils and pens here. Just be careful you don’t make a mistake if you use a pen! It spoils your paper.
