@Ridda_ Omg yes!!!! I was getting paracetamol out of my cupboard for my son recently and I legit turned to my daughter and said ‘Can you give me his kardex?’ 🤣🤣🤣 It’s like when I make my bed and I turn the open ends of the pillowcases away from the door 🤩😂😂😂

@sue_haddon @FeedingAlliance I’m not even sure if they had BFI when I had Niamh. I did breastfeed her for about 3 days because I wanted to. I had problems and I was exhausted recovering from forceps delivery and PPH. I wanted to switch to formula because I’d had enough and wanted to sleep. 😞

@FeedingAlliance @sue_haddon It’s a tough job. These things have to be said and ‘bad apples’ weeded out 😳 It’s been an issue for many years. I wanted to bottle feed my daughter and felt almost guilt-tripped into BF her by a comm MW. Looking back i know it was a factor in my PND. Guilt and shame. 😢😢

@FeedingAlliance @sue_haddon No I totally understand. I’m post nights and very tired 😪 I feel that our profession has come in for a lot of criticism since the start of Covid. Trying to constantly do our best and getting abuse because of restrictions in labour ward etc. We don’t want it to be this way. 😩😢

@RuthAnnHarpur @sue_haddon @FeedingAlliance Oh no I understand but that word ‘bully’ just triggered me!! I go out of my way to never make women feel judged about feeding choices. My colleagues do too. At the end of the day we’re there to support women - no matter what. Bullying can NEVER be accepted in maternity care.

@rogan_margaret Awe NHS Lothian was the Trust area I used to live in before I moved here. Had my daughter in St Johns Hospital, West Lothian. Fantastic unit with fantastic staff. Will be 20 years ago next week 😳

@MPeakeOfficial Just finished watching Anne. Oh my word Maxine! You were incredible. So moving. I was only 12 years old when Hillsborough happened but I will never forget hearing the news. The first time I ever saw my dad cry. My heart goes out to all of them 😞
